Fail BUDs and become corpsman?

I want to join the military after college. I am very athletic and a good leader, if i do not join the Marines as an officer I want to go all in and give the Seal Challenge a try. If I fail out of BUDs for whatever reason, can i go back to A school to become a corpsman and eventually SARC?
