Can you go back in the military as an officer if you got out on HYT as an enlisted sailor?

Basically, I got out of the military in 07 not to long after they changes HYT for E-5's to 8 years. I was a corpsman, and it was pretty hard to make rank at the time. Also, I wasn't planning on staying in forever anyway, so I wasn't very career motivated, and actually got out on HYT on purpose because $20,000 sounded pretty good to me back then. Now, I am about to graduate undergrad, and now that I'm a little bit older and wiser, 12 more years doesn't sound like a bad deal. I know I can't re-enlist, but does your re-enlistment code, affect your eligibility as an officer? I had an honorable discharge and used my GI Bill..
