Re enlist in the Navy?

I hope they are cutting people. The US military is the most bloated thing we spend money on. We outspend the next twenty militaries COMBINED. If a person joins the military today they are saying, basically, that they are a socialist and cannot make it on their own in college or as a hard working tax payer.
