I'm joining the navy at 17 which is in like a month and a half..?

and i just wanted to know, am i allowed to go to Basic Training over the summer? If I can, can I get a definite MOS because I really wanted to become a Hospital Corpsman. Please legitimate answers only, I'm serious about this.
