Does the Marine Corps have medics? ?

Does the Marine Corps have medics on the field? I heard that instead of medics they have corpsman, which are apart of the Navy. Im just very confused on this concept. I know the Marine Corps has no health field, so is this why they rely on the Navy? If this is the case , then who has medics? The Army?
