Plz help!!! last year i went and tried to get my drivers license, and i tried to go in with a postive attitude?

but when i got in the with the instructor, i got so anxious and extreme panic, where my hands started to shake and i couldn't concentrate after that had happened, i did everything wrong, and evenutally ended up failing.. why did this happen, if the the driving instructor noticed this
