Nervous about calling college back?

so i got accepted to a college called kendall college, which is a college i was originally going to attend. but im going to the culinary institute of america instead because of the better programs and chef instructors. they've been calling me everyday trying to get in touch and i know communication is important but still. how do i approach them buy saying "im not enrolling into kendall anymore" without sounding like an @ss?
