How to clean a new belly piercing?

Heyy, so I just got my belly pierced a day ago. And well the guy that pierced it didn't really tell me much on how to clean it but I been cleaning it with regular antibiotic alcohol, will it make a difference if I use sea salt with water.? And I work in a pool about everyday as a swimming instructor how do I keep it from getting infected.? Or covering it up as much as possible so it won't get infected.? Thankk you.
