Can Hospital Corpsman be stationed on carriers?

I am a HM now, but I am serving my first tour as shore duty, I'm stationed in Portsmouth, VA. So my next tour will be a sea tour. I'm still so confused on how sea duty works for HMs? I've heard that they do not get stationed on carriers. which is what I want most! My fianc�e is an AT...so all his deployments have been on carriers..and the pictures he has...the places he's gone...I want too experience all of that, and I'm starting to get worried that with the job I have, I wont get too.
